3Line Travel is organized tours platform, which is a part of 3Line Group, an International Tourism Company. 3Line Travel provides and sells various travel arrangements and services on behalf of it’s Official Partners and Exclusive Representatives (Main Agents) around the world. Our partners are tour operators, hotels, transport companies, cafes and restaurants, insurance companies, other accommodation providers and other principal suppliers. References to “us”, “we” and/or “our” in these booking terms and conditions shall mean 3Line.

Products and Booking Reservations

By booking a reservation for a Product through the Website, you acknowledge that you accept the practices described in our Privacy Policy and this Agreement. In addition, you warrant that you are 18 years of age or older, that you possess the legal authority to enter into this Agreement, use this Website, book the Product, and that all information you supply is true and accurate. You further agree that you will use the booking functionality of this Website  ( www.3line.net ) to make only legitimate reservations for you or others for whom you are legally authorized to act. Any false or fraudulent reservation is prohibited, and any user who attempts such a reservation may have his/her 3Line account terminated and not only.

Travel Documents

When you book international reservations on this website ( www.3line.net ) you are responsible for ensuring that you meet all foreign entry requirements and that your travel documents, including airport transfer, hotel and tour vouchers or any other documents (whether in electronic form or otherwise) used to confirm an arrangement with a service provider. it is important that you review all of the information in the documents including but not limited to, your name, travel dates and other particulars relating to your travel agreements. Please keep your documents in safety while traveling.

Passports  Requirements

All travelers must have a valid passport with at least 6 months validity beyond the period of intended stay, but just in case please consult the relevant embassy or consulate for the information, because requirements may change at any time, be sure to check for up-to-date information before booking and departure.

Visa Requirements

Every country has different visa requirements, we recommend you to check the entry requirements of the countries you plan to visit or transit, including all visa requirements, with the relevant foreign embassy or consulate. 3Line Group is not responsible for caused inconvenience.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance for independent travelers and intrepid families is very important and recommended document, why? Because, you would rather not think about all of the things that might go wrong on your trip, but these things can and do happen, Without travel insurance you are personally liable for covering any medical and associated costs you may incur while traveling. We strongly recommend you to have a full coverage travel insurance policy at the time you pay for your booking. Also, our recommendation is to read Terms and Conditions of your insurance policy very carefully, in order to know what is included/excluded in the package.

Health Requirements and Vaccinations

Some countries require proof of vaccination for certain diseases, we recommend that you consult with your doctor or specialist vaccination clinic before commencing your travel. Getting vaccinated will help keep you safe and healthy while you’re traveling. It will also help make sure that you don’t bring any serious diseases home to your family, friends, and community. If you’re pregnant or have an ongoing illness or weakened immune system, you may need additional vaccines. It’s important to get vaccinated at least 4 to 6 weeks before you travel. This will give the vaccines time to start working, so you’re protected while you’re traveling. It will also usually make sure there’s enough time for you to get vaccines that require more than 1 dose.


An official document, which will be send from the website ( www.3Line.net ) to the buyer, when he is purchasing product and choosing Bank Transfer and an payment way. In this and other similar cases Text Invoice form will be sent to the buyer through the Email from the system automatically. It identifies both the trading parties and lists, describes and quantifies the items sold, shows the starting and ending dates, destination(s), item code and Principal Bank info. Invoice has a power during 48 hours from the moment you receive it.


The price is only guaranteed once paid for in full by you. Price changes can occur between the time you make a reservation and the date of full payment, but if you already have reserved tour and since full payment price was changed, you will be notified by email.
Also Price quotations are subject to change without notice, until a booking has been confirmed.
Factors influencing price changes can be currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, taxes and other provider increases outside of our control.
Prices are given in USD (United States Dollar), according to local currency exchange rate.


Since tours provided personally by 3Line Travel are all inclusive, usually price includes accommodation, transportation, guiding, food, Taxes and more other. Prices do not include passport and visa fees, tips/gratuities to tour directors, drivers or local guides, baggage and Air ticket fees; any items of a personal nature and any extra drinks or food not specifically listed under "Included/NotIncluded" on the product pages of the Website. Please before purchasing tour, open “Overview” page of tour and read carefully "Included/Not Included" list.


Under this agreement, the payment processing services for services purchased on this website ( www.3line.net ) are provided by 3Line Travel, on behalf of 3Line Group. Once a booking is confirmed, payment must be received within the payment deadline as advised.
Payments are accepted by PayPal, Invoice (Bank Transfer) or Credit Card. Also you can pay to our representatives in your country (if we have an office there). When your credit card is processed by 3Line, you agree to not have your payment ‘charged back’ or reversed by your credit card provider where the services have been provided.
Direct deposits must be paid into the 3Line Group Client Trust Account, which will be mentioned in your Invoice. Failure to pay for your travel reservations travel within the deadline, will result in automatic cancellation of the booking.

Payment Surcharges

All purchases will have surcharges from 3Line Group, any refundable product purchased on our website ( www.3line.net ) will be charged anyways and only 85% of full payment will be refunded to the customer.
Also when you are paying with Credit card, payments will may incur surcharges.

Booking Cancellation and Amendment Charges

Sometimes unexpected things can happen and you may wish to cancel or change a confirmed reservation, in this case, 30% of Refundable tour’s fee will not be returned. You should always check amendment or cancellation fee schedules before entering into a transaction.

Refundable Policy

Purchase can be refundable or nonrefundable. If it is refundable the refund will be 85% of the product cost, but when it is nonrefundable you won't be able to claim a refund.

Extra Charges

Since price, given on the website ( www.3line.net ) includes all charges and fees, you are not paying any additional fares to 3Line Travel, but during the adventure, if you have extra needs or wishes you are supposed to cover all extra fees.
